Turkey

1 lb ground turkey or turkey breast strips

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp oregano

Salt and pepper

Sweet Potatoes

2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp cinnamon or paprika

Salt and pepper

Veggies

1 cup broccoli or green beans

½ bell pepper, sliced

½ zucchini, sliced

Optional Sauce

¼ cup Greek Yogurt

1 tsp lemon juice

pinch salt and garlic powder

Instructions

1. Roast Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 25–30 minutes until soft and slightly crispy.

2. Cook Turkey

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add turkey and cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking it apart if ground, until fully cooked.

Season with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook Veggies

Steam or saute vegetables for 5–7 minutes until tender.
