Sweet Potato & Chicken Nourish Bowl with Avocado & Steamed Veggies
A warm, hearty, and balanced bowl featuring juicy seasoned chicken, creamy avocado slices, tender roasted sweet potatoes, fluffy rice, and vibrant steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Perfect for a clean, energizing lunch or dinner!

For the Chicken:
300g chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: squeeze of lemon
For the Sweet Potatoes:
1 medium sweet potato, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
For the Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
For the Bowl Base:
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 avocado, sliced
Optional: pinch of chili flakes

Cook the Chicken
Season with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper.
Sear in a little oil for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Add lemon if desired.
Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Toss slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Steam the Veggies
Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Season lightly with salt.
Prepare the Bowl
Add warm rice as the base.
Arrange chicken, avocado slices, roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Sprinkle chili flakes if you like a little kick.
