Ingredients

Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 tsp ginger, grated

Crunchy Filling

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 carrot, julienned

½ cucumber, sliced

2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Peanut Sauce

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey

1–2 tbsp warm water (to thin)

Wrap

3–4 tortillas or flatbreads

Optional Add-ins

chili flakes or sriracha

fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Prepare Chicken

In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
Add shredded chicken and soy sauce, cook for 3–4 minutes.

2. Make Peanut Sauce

Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and water until smooth.

3. Assemble Wraps

Lay tortillas flat and layer:

cucumber

peanuts

Drizzle generously with peanut sauce.

4. Wrap & Toast 

Fold into wraps and lightly toast in a pan for extra crunch.
