Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Line a tart pan or baking tray.
Prepare the Base
Roll pastry into the pan. Prick base lightly with a fork and brush with olive oil.
Mix Filling
In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and basil until smooth.
Assemble Tart
Spread filling evenly over pastry.
