Ingredients
Salad
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Slice the Vegetables
Wash and thinly slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers. Slice the red onion as thinly as possible.
