Ingredients

Chicken

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Veggies & Flavor

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2–3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup spinach

Creamy Sauce

½ cup cream (or half-and-half)

¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cook Chicken

Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chicken, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook Vegetables

In the same pan:

saute garlic and mushrooms until soft

add sun-dried tomatoes and cook briefly

3. Make Sauce

Pour in cream and stir.
Add parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Simmer until slightly thickened.

4. Combine

Return chicken to the pan and add spinach.
Cook until spinach wilts and everything is coated.
