1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried rosemary (or thyme)

For the Creamy Garlic Pasta

8 oz (225 g) penne or fettuccine

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter)

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp dried basil or Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet and roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

2. Grill Chicken

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Coat chicken and marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Heat grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.

3. Cook Pasta

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4. Make Creamy Garlic Sauce

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1 min).
