Instructions
Step 1: Make the Snow Layer
In a large bowl, beat the vegan cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
Stir in vegan marshmallows if using.
Spread evenly into a glass dish or dessert bowl.

Add cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and water to a saucepan.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and glossy.
Let cool completely before topping.
