Ingredients

5 eggs

½ cup Cottage Cheese

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1 cup spinach (chopped)

½ cup bell peppers, diced

¼ cup onion, chopped

½ cup oats or flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Instructions
