2 ingredient air fryer pizza
Two Ingredient Air Fryer Pizza: My son and I created this delicious pizza for his lunch today, using the Weight Watchers Famous Dough of Greek Yoghurt and Self-Rising Flour. We then topped it with shredded mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce. It produces an easy homemade pizza cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients:
- One cup of Greek yoghurt
- Two cups flour that self-rises
- One-cup worth of pizza sauce
- Half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese Various toppings for pizza
Directions:
- Combine the self-rising flour and Greek yoghurt in a sizable mixing bowl. The dough ought to have a cohesive consistency. If more flour or yoghurt is needed to make it hold, then proceed with caution.
- On a surface dusted with flour, roll out the dough (enough for two pizzas).
- After inserting the parchment paper into the air fryer basket, top the paper with the dough. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and let it there for ten minutes. Halfway through, turn the dough over to ensure even cooking on both sides.
- After that, take the dough out, cover it with sauce, then top it all with mozzarella cheese. Put back in the air fryer and cook for an additional five to six minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange, present, and savour!
