30 Minute Shrimp Scampi Recipe in the Air Fryer (No Wine)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the linguine as directed on the packet.
    Get the ingredients ready.
  2. Trim and wash the asparagus. Cut into thirds or halves, as desired.
  3. Clean the tomatoes. Cut Roma tomatoes into bite-sized pieces if using them.
  4. Thaw any frozen prawns.

  5. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes and asparagus with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Until everything is coated evenly, stir.
    Prawns
  6. Shrimp, oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, onion, basil, red pepper flakes and pepper should all be combined in a bowl.
  7. Air Fryer:
  8. Arrange the prawns on one side of the basket of the air fryer. Arrange the asparagus and tomatoes on the other side of the basket.
  9. At 380°F, air fried for 8 minutes.
  10. Top the prawns, asparagus and tomatoes with around 2 tablespoons of cubed butter in total. Add two more minutes to the air fry time.

  12. Remove contents from the air fryer basket and combine with the cooked linguine in a bowl or plate. Take all the juices from the bottom of the air fryer basket and add to the pasta and shrimp. If you need additional liquid, add a little water.
  13. If preferred, and to taste, top with more parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
