Avocado Mayo
You can use this nutritious and creamy avocado mayo recipe in a lot of the same applications as you would traditional mayonnaise!

Ingredients For Avocado Mayo
- 2.3 cups of ripe avocados mashed
- two teaspoons cider or white vinegar
- two teaspoons of lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon powdered onion
- 18 tsp powdered garlic
- One-fourth teaspoon salt
- one-fourth cup water
- Two tablespoons of oil, or more water for a low-fat mayo
Instructions For Avocado Mayo
- In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. If you like a thinner mayo spread, add extra water. Feel free to add a dash of cayenne or hot sauce if you like your mayo spicy. Leftovers should be refrigerated and stored for 3–4 days.
Ways To Use This Avocado Mayo
Creamy avocado mayo can be used in many of the same applications as ordinary mayo, such as as a dip for oven-baked french fries, on top of sandwiches, in pasta or potato salads, or as a topping for tacos and roasted veggies.

Prepare Ahead Tip: Cover the surface directly with plastic wrap and chill for up to 4 hours.
