Ingredients For Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bombs:

  1. 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
  2. One-third cup of wing sauce
  3. One-third cup of cheddar cheese
  4. Two tablespoons of room-temperature cream cheese
  5. One tablespoon of sour cream
  6. One can of chilled biscuit dough (eight pieces)
  7. Half a cup of melted butter
  8. One and a half tsp ranch seasoning
  9. For serving, use ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Advice!

  1. Unless you have a really large air fryer, you’ll probably have to work in batches. Remember that because the air fryer will be hot, the second batch will cook a little quicker than the first.
  2. Use a hot wing sauce to give these an extra fiery kick. Add a little cayenne pepper as well.
  3. In a pinch, canned chicken works great, although both the chicken and the wing sauce have a strong salt taste. For optimal results, use a canned chicken that is low in sodium.
  4. For up to four days, store any leftover biscuit bites in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
