- 8–12 cookies from Oreo
- If using puff pastry, use two teaspoons of flour.
- One box https://amzn.to/3uMAyGIof crescent rolls OR one sheet of puff pastry
- One cup Nutella
- three tsp of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar, powdered
- If puff pastry is being used, dust the counter with flour and place a sheet of crust down. After dusting the puff pastry sheet with flour, roll it out to a size of roughly 12 by 12 inches.
- Cut the pastry dough into 9–12 squares. The dough will wrap a little easier if you cut out nine squares, but there will be a lot of leftover dough to trim off.
- Put a dollop of Nutella and an Oreo cookie on top of each square. Place another spoonful of Nutella on top of each Oreo and round the Oreos with dough. Using a kitchen knife, trim off any excess dough and pinch the top corners together. The thicker portions of dough won’t cook through if you leave the excess dough on top of the Oreos.
- Arrange the Oreos in an air fryer and brush the tops with milk.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Cook the food for 8 minutes, then turn it over and cook it for an extra 3 minutes.
- Take the air fryer off of them and dust the tops with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm.
- On a counter dusted with flour, spread the crescent dough and pull it apart along the perforation lines. There ought to be eight triangles.
- On one of the triangles’ wide ends, put a spoonful of Nutella. Place an Oreo on top, followed by another dollop of Nutella.
- Pinch the corners of the crescent roll closed after encircling the Oreo. Continue with the remaining Oreos.
- After giving the wrapped Oreos a quick milkshake, separate them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then turn them over and continue cooking for 2 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown.
- After taking out of the air fryer, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Warm up and serve.
- To improve browning, brush the wrapped Oreos with milk.
- Before starting, let the puff pastry that you plan to use thoroughly thaw in the refrigerator.
- There is no need to thaw or roll out the crescent dough, making it slightly easier to deal with.
- Compared to crescent dough, puff pastry will have a little crispier texture and a more buttery flavour.
- Make sure there isn’t an excessive amount of extra dough placed on top of the cookies if you’re using puff pastry. The dough won’t bake through if it’s too thick.
- When using crescent dough, you don’t have to be concerned about the cookies having thicker layers of dough.
