AIR FRYER FRUIT SPONGE PUDDING
This is a recipe for a popular British dessert, fruit sponge pudding, made quickly and easily in an air fryer.
METHOD FOR MAKING AN AIR FRYER SPONGE FRUIT PUDDING
Fruit custard is a delicious dish that is easy to prepare and enjoyed by all. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or custard for a simple and quick dessert that the whole family will enjoy.

Components Dessert
- 3 ounces of flour
- Two ounces of sugar
- One egg
- Two tablespoons of milk
- Two ounces of soft butter
- A half-tsp of baking powder
Fillings - 1 cup of sliced fruit (canned or fresh)
Directions:
- Set the air fryer to 160°C/320°F.
- In a bowl, combine “topping” ingredients. Beat mixture well for 3 minutes, or until it becomes soft and creamy.
After arranging the “filling” ingredients in a baking dish and covering the fruit with the topping mixture, level the surface. - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown, at 320°F/ 160°C in an air fryer that has been preheated.
