Crab Pasta Salad
Ingredients :
  1. 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or bowtie)
  2. 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1/4 cup sour cream
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste
  9. 1/2 cup diced celery
  10. 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  11. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions :
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the crab mixture, along with the diced celery, chopped green onions, and chopped fresh parsley. Stir until everything is evenly coated
  4. Cover and refrigerate the creamy crab pasta salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or light lunch option.
