Spinach and Feta Chicken Rolls
Spinach and Feta Chicken Rolls are a delightful and savory dish where tender chicken breasts are flattened and then stuffed with a flavorful mixture of spinach, feta cheese, and sometimes garlic and herbs. The filling is usually creamy and tangy, thanks to the feta, and the spinach adds a fresh, earthy flavor. The chicken is rolled up tightly around the filling, secured with toothpicks, and then baked until golden and juicy. Some variations include a light coating of breadcrumbs or a drizzle of olive oil to enhance the crispiness of the outside. The dish is often garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice, adding a bright finish. Perfect as a main course, these rolls are both visually appealing and delicious, offering a combination of tender chicken and a rich, cheesy filling.
