Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground turkey
* 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
* 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
* 1/4 cup almond flour
* 1 egg
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
