  1. – 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  2. – Olive  oil (for drizzling)
  3. – Salt, to taste
  4. – Black pepper, to taste
  5. – 1 cup shredded Feta cheese
  6. – 4 strips beef , cooked and chopped
  7. – 1/4 cup sour cream
  8. – Green onions (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Wash the Brussels sprouts and dry them well. Drizzle with Olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
