  1. 1 large sweet red apple
  2. 1 large tart green apple
  3. 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice

  9. Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  10. 115g crumbled feta cheese (about 3 ounces)
  11. 60g dried sweetened cranberries
Instructions:
