Ingredients
For the Tostadas:
12 square or round wonton wrappers
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Chicken Topping:
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp sesame oil
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup shredded cabbage
2 green onions, sliced
For the Garnish:
1 tbsp sesame seeds
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup crushed peanuts (optional)
Sriracha mayo (2 tbsp mayo + 1 tsp sriracha, mixed)

Instructions
1. Make the Crispy Wonton Tostadas
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush wonton wrappers lightly with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. (Alternatively, you can fry them in hot oil for about 30 seconds per side.)
Set aside on a paper towel to cool.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger, saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart, until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Add shredded carrots and cabbage, cooking for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
3. Assemble the Tostadas
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the crispy wonton tostadas.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, and crushed peanuts if using.
Drizzle with sriracha mayo and serve with lime wedges.
