8–10 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg

1 tbsp flour (optional, for slightly thicker sauce)
1 ½ cups heavy cream or whole milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Make Alfredo Sauce (if homemade):
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and saute garlic for 30 seconds.
Whisk in flour (optional), then slowly add cream or milk.
Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and shredded chicken. Mix until creamy.
4. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Spread 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto each noodle and roll tightly.
Place each roll seam-side down in the dish.
5. Top and Bake:
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
Sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
6. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or basil.
Serve warm with garlic bread or a green salad.
Tips
Add sauteed spinach or mushrooms to the filling for a veggie boost.
Use no-boil noodles for faster prep (just ensure they’re softened first).
Substitute cottage cheese for ricotta if preferred.
