1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

½ cup olive oil

3–4 tbsp ice water

For the filling:

1 cup fresh broccoli florets (lightly steamed)

1 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)

½ small onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup shredded cheese (Gruyère, cheddar, or mozzarella)

4 large eggs

1 cup milk (or half-and-half for creamier texture)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)

2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or dill), chopped

‍ Instructions

2. Cook the veggies:

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.

Add zucchini slices and sauté for 3–4 minutes.

Lightly steam broccoli florets for 2 minutes, then drain.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Spread sautéed vegetables and broccoli evenly in the crust.

Sprinkle cheese over the veggies.

Pour egg mixture on top.
