For the wraps:
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded cabbage (red or green)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro or mint, chopped

Instructions
Marinate & cook chicken:
Mix soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken strips in marinade, let sit 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (6–8 minutes). Set aside.
Make peanut sauce:
Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and warm water until smooth and pourable.
Assemble wraps:
Warm tortillas (or prep lettuce leaves).
