🍗 Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1. Prepare the dough

2. Prepare the greens

3. Shape the rolls
Roll dough into a rectangle.
Spread pesto evenly.
Sprinkle mozzarella and greens.
Roll tightly like a log and slice into rolls.
4. Bake
Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
Brush tops with olive oil.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden and melty.
