 Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

1½ cups rolled oats

1 cup all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

2 ripe bananas, mashed (or ½ cup applesauce)

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

⅓ cup milk or yogurt

2 tbsp oil or melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
