Ingredients
Waffle Batter
1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
Veggies & Cheese
½ cup grated zucchini
¼ cup grated carrot
¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper
¼ cup chopped spinach
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Batter
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Add milk, egg, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
2️⃣ Add Veggies & Cheese
Fold in zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, spinach, and cheese.
3️⃣ Cook Waffles
Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease.
Pour batter and cook 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
