Ingredients

1½ cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1½ cups thick Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

2 large eggs

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp oat flour or almond flour

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Prepare berries: Spread berries evenly in the dish.

Assemble: Pour mixture over berries.
