Ingredients

For the Beef Filling:

500 g lean ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

1 large head romaine or butter lettuce, leaves separated

1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Creamy Yogurt Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the beef:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté 2–3 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Season:
Add ground beef, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 7–10 minutes, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through.

Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Assemble wraps:
Spoon warm beef into lettuce leaves. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and a drizzle of yogurt sauce.

Serve:
