AIR FRYER FILET MIGNON
Perfectly seasoned and cooked, this air fryer fillet mignon is finished with a mouthwatering garlic butter. Cooked in less than 20 minutes, it is incredibly juicy, lean, and soft!

Ingredients:
- Two six-ounce fillet mignons each
- two tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
GARLIC BUTTER:
- 4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Brush the olive oil over the steaks and season liberally with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the steaks for 6 minutes, flip it, and cook for an additional 3 minutes for medium-rare.

To make the garlic butter, mix the softened unsalted butter, fresh minced garlic, and fresh chives. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 10 minutes. Serve the steaks with garlic butter and enjoy!
CAN I MAKE THIS WITHOUT AN AIR FRYER?
Absolutely! Preheat your traditional oven to 400 degrees F. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 2 minutes on each side then transfer them to the oven and cook for 6 minutes for medium-rare. For medium, cook 7-8 minutes and for well done, cook for 10-12 minutes.
TOP TIPS
- Let the steak sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking it. Otherwise, it will cook unevenly.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer!
- I highly recommend enjoying this the day you cook it, but any leftovers should be stored in an air-tight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
