This air fryer flatbread is incredibly tasty and easy to prepare. You can build a tasty base for a variety of appetisers and sandwiches with just three ingredients!

What’s a flatbread?

A basic bread recipe called “flatbread” calls for flour, yoghurt, milk, water, oil, or another liquid.

Is flatbread good for how long?
It can be stored at room temperature for five to seven days.

How may flatbread be used?
Use for dips, sandwiches, or pizzas.

Ingredients:

  1. Two cups flour that self-rises
  2. One cup of plain yoghurt
  3. One teaspoon of olive oil

Guidelines:

  1. To a large bowl, add the flour, yoghurt, and olive oil.
  2. Using your hands, combine ingredients until a dough forms. It will take two to three minutes.
  3. On a board dusted with flour, place the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
  4. Shape each component into a ball.
  5. Next, using a rolling pin on a surface dusted with flour, roll them out. Roll out each piece until it measures about 4 inches in diameter.
  6. Apply a thin layer of oil to both sides.
  7. Set your air fryer to 300ºF for three minutes.Put the cooked flatbread into the basket of your air fryer.
  8. For eight minutes, air fry it, turning it halfway through.
    Repeat until you have baked every flatbread.

Advice:

  • Try not to overwork the dough. In order to prevent the dough from rising, you want to decrease the production of gluten.
  • To prevent the dough from sticking, make sure you dust the surface thoroughly.
