Air fryer green goddess salmon salad

Salad kits are handy packages that may be adjusted to create flavorful dinners with few ingredients, in addition to making excellent side salads for your meal. One of our favourites that only requires three additional items to make a complete, wholesome supper!

We’ve chopped a few of the nuts to sprinkle some crunch on top of the salmon and used a bit of the salad kit’s dressing to glaze it. Very cool! To make sure there is enough dressing for the entire salad, we squeezed some lemon juice into it. The tartness of the lemon really goes well with the salmon.

The salmon is moist on the inside and gorgeous and golden on the surface when it is air-fried.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 (460g in total) Coles Tasmanian salmon Portions Skin Off, each cut into 4-5 pieces
  2. 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 avocado, halved, sliced
  4. Lemon wedges, to serve

Method:

  1. Coat the four (460g total) Coles Tasmanian Salmon Portions with 1 tablespoon of the dressing from the sachet in the 350g packet of Coles Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Kit. Cut each skin off into four to five pieces. Set aside the leftover dressing.
  2. Finely chop half of the salad kit’s almonds. Distribute across the salmon. Time of year.
  3. Apply oil to the air fryer basket. Half the salmon should be put in the prepared basket. Cook the salmon for 8 to 9 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or until it’s brown and cooked through. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the remaining almonds to the air fryer. Move to a platter. Continue with the leftover salmon.
  4. Pour the reserved dressing into a small bowl and stir through 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice until combined.
  5. Divide salad and 1 avocado, halved, sliced among serving bowls. Top with salmon and drizzle over dressing. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve with Lemon wedges, to serve. Watch our step-by-step video below to see how to make our Air fryer green goddess salmon salad.
