Cook: 12–15 minutes

Total: 30–35 minutes

Servings: 3–4

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs (700 g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized chunks

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice & zest of 1 lemon

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped

Optional dipping sauce:

2 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tsp lemon juice + pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

Marinate chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken pieces and toss well.

Marinate for at least 20 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

Air fry

Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Place chicken bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).

Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon.

Serve with the yogurt-lemon dipping sauce or over salad, quinoa, or pita wraps.

Notes & Tips

Use chicken thighs for juicier bites, breast for leaner.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket — helps them crisp up.

For a crispier coating, toss chicken in 1 tbsp cornstarch before air frying.
