Ingredients
1 ½ lbs (700 g) chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice & zest of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Optional dipping sauce:
2 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tsp lemon juice + pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
Marinate chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken pieces and toss well.
Marinate for at least 20 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Place chicken bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).
Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon.
