AIR FRYER STUFFED CHICKEN BUNS
The most flavorful, golden, and fragrant buns are made with this recipe for chicken buns, which are ideal for picnics, lunches, get-togethers, and pretty much any excursion when a portable snack is required.
INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER STUFFED CHICKEN BUNS
Regarding the dough
- 400g of robust bread flour
- 7 g of instant yeast
- Ten grammes of salt
- 275 ml of Lukewarm Water
Regarding the filling
- Two tablespoons of oil
- One little onion, chopped
- two cloves Crushed Garlic
- One pound of chicken breast Slice into little cubes. or shredder
- Two tablespoons of cream cheese
- One teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
Regarding the garnish
- Whisk 1 egg yolk
- sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS FOR AIR FRYER STUFFED CHICKEN BUNS
STEP 1:
In a large basin, combine the yeast and flour for the buns.Add the salt to the yeast on the other end. Gradually add water. For ten minutes, knead the dough until it is smooth. Put in an oiled basin and give it one hour to rise. Cut into nine buns. Allow to rise for a maximum of one hour.
STEP 2:
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onions for the filling. Cook till light golden brown, 7 to 10 minutes. Cook for one minute after adding the garlic. For five minutes, add the cubed chicken and simmer. Add the cream cheese, red chilli, and cumin.
Cook on high for five minutes. Verify that the filling is dry (if necessary, simmer and boil out excess water). Allow to cool.
STEP 3:
Punch down the dough and transfer to a work surface dusted with flour to fill. Cut into nine equal parts. Each dough piece should be carefully flattened into the shape of a pancake. Filling should be added. One to two tablespoons. To create a bun, place your palm over the top and turn. Transfer to a tray with liners and wrap in a cloth. Give it an hour to rise.
STEP 4:
To prepare food, Set the air fryer to 160°C. Apply a beaten egg yolk glaze. Add sesame seeds on top.
Place some paper inside the air fryer. For 20 to 25 minutes, bake.
