Air Fryer Vegetables

Vegetables that are air-fried take about half the time to caramelize than those that are baked. Tastes great with little work.
Prep Time: 10 minutes 
Cook Time: 10 minutes 
Total Time :20 minutes 
Ingredients;
  1. One chopped red bell pepper
  2. one cup of divided mushrooms
  3. one small zucchini sliced into ½-inch moons
  4. Two minced garlic cloves
  5. one tablespoon olive oil
  6. one-eighth teaspoon of Italian spice, salt and pepper to taste
  7. One tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. preheat  the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Everything but the parmesan cheese should be tossed.
    Put inside the air fryer in a single layer.
  3. After cooking for six minutes, mix and add some Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cook for a further three to five minutes, or until crisp-tender.

For Frozen Veggies

  • Frozen veggies work but they won’t have the same caramelization. Instead of pouring oil on them (which can freeze onto the veggies), try spraying them with cooking spray or oil.
  • Season and cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer. Remove the basket and toss them with parmesan cheese and cook another 4 to 6 minutes or until the veggies are tender and crisp.
