These W-W Cinnamon Muffins are delicious, easy to make, low in calories, and perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup margarine melted
- ¾ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup margarine melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Prepare 24 cup mini muffin tin.
- Spray with cooking spray or line with cup liners.
- Preheat the oven to 375° F
- Add ½ cup sugar, nutmeg, and ¼ cup margarine in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well. Stir in milk. Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined – Don’t over-mix.
- Then fill each mini muffin cup about halfway full.
- Bake approx 15 to 20 minutes or until muffins are slightly golden on top.
- Prepare topping while muffins bake.
- In a mixing bowl, add melted margarine.
- In another mixing bowl, add cinnamon and ½ cup sugar.
- Mix well. Take muffins out of cups.
- Dip them in butter, then roll them in the sugar mix. Let cool.
