Advice and Adaptations

The following advice will help you create the ideal Asian chicken lettuce wraps:

  • Well-mix the sauce. To aid in the breakdown of the sweetener, you can, if necessary, microwave the sauce
  • jar for 30 seconds.
Once the sauce thickens, simmer it. Too much sauce on the ground chicken will make the lettuce wraps tough to consume and messy.
  • Turn up the heat. Just before adding the chicken, add some red pepper flakes to the avocado oil if you enjoy a little heat in your dish. This will impart a scorching red pepper flavour to the oil and increase the heat level of the filling.
  • Change it up. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different vegetables and toppings. chopped fungi
