Avocado Sprout Cheeseburger with Mayo

Ingredients:

1 burger patty (beef, turkey, veggie—your choice)

1 slice of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone works great)

1 rilpe avocado (sliced or mashed)

A handful of fresh sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, or clover sprouts)

1–2 tbsp mayonnaise

Lettuce (optional)

Tomato slices (optional)

Red onion slices (optional)

Burger bun (toasted)

Instructions:

Cook the Patty:

Grill or pan-fry your burger patty to your desired doneness.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top and cover to melt.

Toast the Buns:

Lightly toast the burger buns for extra texture and flavor.

Assemble the Burger:

Spread mayo on both halves of the bun.

On the bottom bun, add lettuce (if using), the cheesy burger patty, avocado slices or mash, and tomato/onion if desired.

Top with a generous layer of fresh sprouts.

Add the top bun and gently press.

Serve:

Enjoy it with sweet potato fries, chips, or a simple green salad
