Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3️⃣ Add Parmesan
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the cauliflower and toss lightly so the florets are coated.
