Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- Contains two pounds of stew beef that has been chopped into cubes.
- Two teaspoons of olive oil
- Two cups of wate
- Worcestershire sauce, one tablespoon
- One milligramme of garlic powder or one clove of fresh garlic, mince
- Two leaves of bay
- 1 diced onion of medium size
- 1 milligramme of salt
- 1 teaspoon of unrefined suga
- 1/4 milligramme of ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
- One-half teaspoon of tumeric
- a quarter of a teaspoon of onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon of ground cloves
- Four big carrots, cut into quarters and then cut into little pieces like pie
- chop three stalks of celery in half and chop them into tiny pieces.
- Two tablespoons of corn starch
- half a cup of water
- There is one packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix.
How to proceed:
- In a pan, brown the beef in the olive oil for two to three minutes over medium-high heat. The skillet should be placed on the hob. Putting it into a slow cooker.
- All of the ingredients should be added to the slow cooker along with the two cups of water. You may cook it in a slow cooker for eight hours on low or for four hours on high.
- To prepare the dish, 45 minutes before to serving, combine ¼ cup of cold water and 2 tablespoons of corn starch in a small bowl. Mix the mixture until the corn starch is completely dissolved. After it has been dissolved, add it to the slow cooker. The package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix should also be added to the mixture.
