Big Mac Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Â 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Â 2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
- Â 1 teaspoon salt
- Â 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Â 8 large tortillas or wraps
- Â Lettuce leaves
- Â Sliced dill pickles
- Â Shredded cheddar cheese
- Â Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- Â 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Â 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- Â 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
- Â 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Â 2 teaspoons sugar
- Â 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Â 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- Â In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, dehydrated onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Â Form the beef mixture into 8 equal patties.
- Â Cook the patties in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about
- 4-5 minutes per side.
- Â To make the Big Mac sauce, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- Â Warm the tortillas or wraps according to package instructions.
- Â Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and place a cooked beef patty in the center.
- Â Top the patty with lettuce leaves, sliced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
- Â Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll up the sides to form a wrap.
- Â Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Â Serve the Big Mac Wraps warm, with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
