Big Mac Wraps


  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2.  1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5.  2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
  6.  1 teaspoon salt
  7.  1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8.  8 large tortillas or wraps
  9.  Lettuce leaves
  10.  Sliced dill pickles
  11.  Shredded cheddar cheese
  12.  Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  1.  1/2 cup mayonnaise
  2.  2 tablespoons sweet relish
  3.  2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
  4.  1 tablespoon white vinegar
  5.  2 teaspoons sugar
  6.  1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  7.  1/4 teaspoon paprika


  1.  In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, dehydrated onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2.  Form the beef mixture into 8 equal patties.
  3.  Cook the patties in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about
  4. 4-5 minutes per side.
  5.  To make the Big Mac sauce, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
  6.  Warm the tortillas or wraps according to package instructions.
  7.  Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and place a cooked beef patty in the center.
  8.  Top the patty with lettuce leaves, sliced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
  9.  Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll up the sides to form a wrap.
  10.  Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  11.  Serve the Big Mac Wraps warm, with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
