  1. One bunch of broccoli
  2. one small carrot
  3. one small onion
  4. two cloves of garlic
  5. Two tablespoons oil
  6. one tablespoon butter
  7. One tsp of powdered paprika
  8. Four tablespoons of heavy cream
  9. two tablespoons of wheat flour
  10. Cheddar cheese, 50 grammes
  11. One cup of whole milk
  12. Three cups of chicken broth
  13. 1 teaspoon salt
  14. 0.5 teaspoon black pepper



  1. In a pot, heat the oil and butter. Grate the onion coarsely and sauté it in oil. Grated garlic is added after two minutes.
  2. After a minute, add the flour and stir-fry.
  3. After that, add the grated carrot and chopped broccoli, and cook for five minutes. Add the spices, stock, and milk after that.
  4. Give it 15 to 20 minutes to cook.
  5. Garnish each serving with a little more shredded Cheddar cheese if you wish. Enjoy!
