Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups wate
  2.  2 cups uncooked rice
  3.  1 -10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
  4. 1-10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
  5.  2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
  6.  ¼ cup olive oil
  7.  1 cup of milk
  8.  1 small white onion
  9.  16 ounces broccoli pieces
  10.  2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°C.
2. Cook the rice according to directions.
3. In a 9×13 baking pan, put the rice and the chicken in, add in the soups, butter, broccoli and onion.
4. Stir together with 1 cup of the cheese.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
6. During the last few minutes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top and allow it to melt.
7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.
