Ingredients
Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Broccoli Filling
1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
2️⃣ Make the Filling
In a bowl mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and onion powder until well combined.
3️⃣ Stuff the Chicken
Spoon the broccoli mixture into each chicken pocket.
Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
4️⃣ Season
Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
5️⃣ Bake
Place chicken in a baking dish and bake 25–30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the filling is hot and melted.
6️⃣ Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
