Ingredients
Pasta
200 g whole-wheat penne or fusilli
Salt, for boiling water

1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup Kalamata or green olives, sliced
½ cup red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup red onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Dressing
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
Drain and rinse under cold water to cool
Toss lightly with 1 tsp olive oil to prevent sticking

Dice bell pepper and red onion
Mince garlic and chop basil
