  7. Two quarts of tomato juice
  8. Two sixteen-oz cans of whole peeled tomatoes in liquid
  9. One 14-oz can of beef broth
  10. Use cold water to moisten
  11. One envelope (one ounce) of dry onion soup mix
Instructions For Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup:
  • In a large soup saucepan, combine the celery, carrots, onions, cabbage, bell peppers, and green beans.
  • Stir in onion soup mix and add tomato juice, tomatoes, beef broth, and enough water to cover the veggies. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat to a simmer for about 25 minutes, or until the veggies are soft.
