Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/3 cup tahini

1–2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 2 limes

Zest of 1 lime

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

2–4 tbsp olive oil

2–4 tbsp water (to thin, if needed)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, loosely packed

Optional Add-ins:

1 small avocado (for extra creaminess)

1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

Dash of cayenne or jalapeño for heat

Instructions:
