Crab Pasta Salad
Ingredients :
- 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or bowtie)
- 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions :
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the crab mixture, along with the diced celery, chopped green onions, and chopped fresh parsley. Stir until everything is evenly coated
- Cover and refrigerate the creamy crab pasta salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or light lunch option.
