Cranberry Brie Skewers with Rosemary Honey Glaze

Ingredients:

8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes

½ cup fresh cranberries

16 small wooden skewers or toothpicks

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Optional: a pinch of sea salt

Directions:

 

Thread one cube of brie and one cranberry onto each skewer, alternating until all skewers are assembled.

 

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm honey with chopped rosemary until fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.

 

Drizzle rosemary honey glaze over the skewers just before serving.

 

Optional: Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt over the skewers for added flavor.

 

Serve immediately as a festive appetizer.
