4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

 12 ounces potato gnocchi
2 cups baby spinach

Instructions:

1. Cook the chicken:

Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
